The Benson ADU Fort Worth Guarantee
When we build an ADU, home addition, or room addition in Fort Worth, the guarantee isn’t a paragraph buried on page six of a contract. It’s the whole point of how we work. Every project gets a written price before the first board is cut. Every project gets our 365-Day Done Right Promise: if the work isn’t right within a full year, we make it right. Every project gets a written guarantee stamped on it, and if a covered repair fails, you get a free second visit to fix it. That’s the deal, in plain English.
What’s Covered
- Workmanship for a full year. If anything we built or installed fails because of how we built or installed it within 365 days, we return and fix it at no charge.
- Written pricing before work starts. You’ll see the number in writing before you commit. No verbal estimate that shifts once the framing goes up.
- Factory warranties on prefab components. When we build with Abodu, Cover, Dvele, Mighty Buildings, Boxabl, Plant Prefab, or Tuff Shed panels, the manufacturer’s own warranty backs those components, and we handle the coordination if a claim is needed.
- Clean job site at the end of every day. We don’t leave debris, cutoffs, or fasteners scattered across your Fort Worth yard overnight.
- Uniformed, background-checked crew. You’ll know exactly who is on your property, and you’ll have met them at the start of the job.
- No change orders without your written sign-off. If something shifts, you’ll see the revised number in writing before we proceed. Always.
Our Satisfaction Promise
Here’s how it works if something isn’t right. You call us at (682) 204-9686. A live person answers, not a voicemail loop. We schedule a visit from a uniformed technician. We look at the problem together. If it’s covered under the 365-Day Done Right Promise, we fix it. If the repair itself fails within the covered period, we come back a second time for free. That’s the entire process. No arguing about whether the issue is “really” our responsibility. No waiting until Monday morning for a callback. We put the guarantee in writing on every single project because a guarantee you can’t hold in your hand isn’t a guarantee, it’s a slogan. Troy Eastman runs this location, and he’s the one who walks the job if you ever need to escalate. You won’t get routed to a call center or asked to email a generic inbox.
Licensed & Insured Backing
A guarantee is only as good as the company standing behind it. Benson ADU Fort Worth is licensed and insured, which means the paperwork protecting your property and our work exists beyond a promise. If something goes wrong on a job site, insurance is what makes it right. Licensing means the work is inspected and held to code. We’re part of the Relay Home Co. family, founded in 2006, and this location is independently owned and operated under The Relay Visibility Guarantee. That structure matters: you’re not working with a faceless national chain. You’re working with a Fort Worth builder who has a written system behind him, a brand family with an 18-year track record, and a phone number that connects to a person. That’s what we mean when we say the guarantee is real. It’s not a sales line. It’s the thing Troy signs his name to.
What the Guarantee Does NOT Cover
We believe in saying this out loud too. The 365-Day Done Right Promise covers our workmanship and installation. It does not cover damage from floods, fires, foundation shift after a drought year, or someone driving a truck into the corner of the ADU. It does not cover normal wear and tear on finishes. It does not extend the manufacturer’s warranty on prefab panels beyond the manufacturer’s own terms. If you’re not sure whether something is covered, call us. We’ll tell you honestly before we ever schedule a truck. That’s the whole point of a written guarantee: you should never have to guess.
How to Make a Claim

Call (682) 204-9686. Tell the person who answers what’s happening. We’ll pull your project file, review the written guarantee we issued, and schedule a visit. If it’s covered, we fix it. If the covered repair fails, you get a second visit at no charge. There’s no form to fill out online, no ticket number to track, no waiting period. The guarantee is designed to be used, not to look nice in a folder.
